Big Day Timeline for Reception Hall!!!
Cocktail hour will begin at 4pm. This will give everyone enough time to drive from the church to the hotel and catch the shuttle to the reception site. (no need for drinking and driving!). Cocktail hour will go from 4-5:30.
I learned it takes about 30 minutes to seat people at a wedding (that was new news!) Dinner will be from 6-7:30 and the fun dancing will being at 7:30 until midnight. Everyone better wear their dancing shoes!!!
